It is well-known fact that a car comprises great many parts; those parts are made of various materials. Among those materials, aluminum has distinguished advantages - low density, high strength and unique color. It can be also compatible with applying various manufacturing processes. That is why aluminum is widely used in automotive parts.
We have proudly produced and supplied Aluminum ingots in various applied industrial equipments including automotive vehicles and various types of molding sands. Since it was established, Dong-Nam Co., has been firmly committed to the development of the new high technology on the basic spirit of "Best quality & Valuable products". To satisfy our customer's ongoing needs, we've continued on research and development.
As a result, we have succeeded in developing the high wear resisted hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloy, which permits the manufacturing of diecasted automotive parts which were restricted in structural parts. Additionally, we have developed and produced the advanced molding Sand, RCS, for the first time in Korea, which improved the quality of the castings remarkably.
However, not satisfied with past works, we exert ourselves to develop new and advanced technologies of the new area from the car to the house for human being and nature.
